About Our Community
The Arizona Sunset Community is located off of Rankin Loop and Rita Road and is comprised of 127 homes.
We currently have a board of three members, not including the Architectural Review Commitee.
Our board meetings are currently held online, and links are posted below for owners to attend.
We encourage all of our owners to attend and share their point of view and any suggestions they may have concerning the community.
Newsletters are sent out with our statements quarterly so all owners are informed of upcoming projects, board meetings, events and general information.
